Door to Door Lead Generation.
At the beginning of your career here at Storm Hawk Roofing & Restoration, you will be required to generate leads that you will ultimately represent, contract and then manage to earn a commission that is a direct break down of gross profit margin. After a few weeks of this practice, you should see a fruitful line of customers waiting for install. More insurance approvals equal more jobs which equates to large annual income.
Roof Inspections.
The majority of contracts that you bring to the company will consist of tasks that are contingent on the approval and signing of said prospect. A huge portion of value that we bring to residential areas in North Carolina is that we provide a high level of expertise at no cost. Our goal is to find storm damage, identify this damage and educate our homeowners. We then guide them through the process of insurance claims and manage their project from start to finish.
Contract Signing.
You've done it! You have lived up to your expectations and followed through with the process that you manifested. Regardless of insurance approval or out of pocket costs, you've managed to earn the trust of a homeowner and have scheduled a time to conference regarding their restoration project.
Project Management
The majority of your responsibilities have been completed! Your presence the day of installation is crucial for the success of our service and gratification from your homeowner. As a contractor, this is the best time to earn referrals from energy you've already spent. Once the project is complete and invoices have been paid, commissions are honored.
